Hi there! I'm Vishal, a global senior manager at Infonyx where I oversee service management and production and project teams. I have over six years of experience with the company and a background in desktop engineering, BI application administration, and public cloud services. As a global senior manager, I ensure the smooth delivery of client work and provide technical support for my team. I also help maintain our company culture. In my free time, I enjoy studying geopolitics from an Indian perspective and travelling. In my role as the onshore delivery lead, I help drive the successful delivery of all kinds of analytics solutions using the art of cross-skilling of analytics teams. But I'm not just a workhorse - I'm also a massive Formula 1 fan and an instrumental music enthusiast. I use smooth tunes to focus deeply when at work. Technology is my life passion so when I’m not at work I am still keeping up with the latest tech trends. Above all else, I value ambition and loyalty in myself and others.

Hi there! My name is Aniket and I'm a data analytics consultant. My favourite part of my job is experimenting with new things and trying to deliver the best value possible for everyone involved - my team, my clients, and my company. I have extensive experience in delivering end-to-end analytics solutions for different business verticals (design and development of Data Visualization, Data Modelling, and Data Warehousing). Specialized in delivering reporting solutions with a variety of tools and tech suites.

In my free time, I love indulging in great food, travel, and adventure. And I also enjoy listening to finance and technology videos. I find it really relaxing to go to calming or adventurous places and escape the routine. My advice to others is to dream big and stay relentless until you achieve your goals. HUMAN RESOURCES LEAD

As the HR Lead at our company, I play a crucial role in designing workplace policies, monitoring performance, maintaining work culture, resolving conflict, overseeing payroll, and handling employee grievances and vendors. I have made significant contributions to the company by streamlining HR policies and improving the performance appraisal process.

In my free time, I love travelling and trying new recipes with my partner. I'm also a big fan of music because it lowers stress and elevates my mood, and I believe it helps with learning and memory too. I'm passionate about working with people and teaching new skills, and I find it really rewarding to help others grow and develop. I'm open to new experiences and always try to go with the flow.

I'm proud to be able to say that I've had some special achievements during my time at Infonyx. One of my proudest moments was creating a report that was enjoyed and well-understood by clients, and I've received great feedback from clients who all seem to love me. One of our most successful projects was also due to my ability to fully understand the client's problem. I've had the opportunity to work in various sectors during my time at Infonyx, including energy, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, and government.

In my free time, my baby is my number one priority, but I also enjoy shopping and spending money, exploring new places, and discovering local spots like Warrnambool in Australia. I'm also interested in learning about data and keeping up with trends in the sector. One fun fact about me is that I really enjoy getting to know the people I work with and building genuine connections with them. In fact, I actually learned about Warrnambool through one of my clients!
