National Customer Loyalty Program

The customer loyalty program in Australia with over 8 million members in 6.6 million households. It provides audience insights, activation, and reporting to media agencies and brands to help them understand and track their customers' in-store activity and preferences. In order to better manage their environments and data flows, the program decided to implement dataOps best practices and improve technical patterns. However, the company did not have the in-house capabilities to complete this project on its own, so it chose to outsource the work to a firm with experience in similar projects.
